Deepen your knowledge of the process at which SCOTUS arrives at rulings (aka opinions or decisions), by reading this textbook chapter. The court's constitutional powers are also discussed along with checks and balances to them. Especially pay attention to the practice questions at the end of the article to make sure that you have comprehended everything correctly.
