Create your own interest group to defend a social or political matter you care about. What is your main issue in our society? What is missing? Organize around that.
Your should address the following points:
1. What is the mission of your interest group? What specific goals or policies are you trying to change, protect, or promote?
2. Which organizational model would you use (as discussed in our classroom activity)? 
3. Why would you choose this model? Discuss the benefits and challenges of your approach.
4. What tactics would you use to build power, mobilize support, and influence policy or public opinion?
5. How would you address legitimacy, accountability, and sustainability in your group’s structure?
Requirements
• Length: 400–600 words
• Cite at least one course reading (APA or MLA)
• Optional: include a name, logo, or slogan for your group
