Having realistic expectations for your internship or practicum is key to a successful outcome. The Educational Plan and Learning Contract is an important document to guide your learning with your site supervisor. In addition, you should expect that your seminar class participation is an integral part of your learning. It is there that you will be safe to explore any challenges with your peers and your professor.
