    Learning Objectives

    By the end of Chapter 5, students will be able to:

    SLO 5.1: Identify the ethical responsibilities early childhood educators have to their communities and society, including the importance of advocacy and honest communication.

    SLO 5.2: Discuss the role of administrators in creating equitable and supportive work environments, including practices that promote confidentiality, fair evaluation, and ongoing professional development.
