    Learning Objectives

    By the end of Chapter 7, students will be able to:

    SLO 7.1: Identify the ethical responsibilities of adult educators to practicum sites, including preparation, role clarification, and confidentiality.

    SLO 7.2: Identify strategies for ethically resolving mismatches between adult learners and practicum placements to ensure the best outcomes for children, students, and programs.

    SLO 7.3: Design a mentoring action plan that includes relationship-building, goal-setting, feedback, and reflection based on best practices in adult education.
