Building on the leadership foundations from Chapter 8, this chapter highlights how mentoring serves as a bridge between theory and practice. Each model offers tools for cultivating reflective, inclusive, and growth-centered relationships. These approaches empower mentors to guide, support, and advocate for emerging educators.
