    By the end of Chapter 10, students will be able to:

    Chapter 10 explores the difference between individual and systemic change in early childhood education, emphasizing the importance of ethical leadership in driving meaningful transformation. The chapter encourages a relational, reflective, and justice-centered approach to leadership.
