    Learning Objectives

    By the end of Chapter 11, students will be able to:

These interpersonal approaches help extend personal well-being into the broader organizational culture. The strategies presented in this chapter are essential for maintaining professional integrity, preventing burnout, and fostering emotionally safe environments. Ultimately, this reminds us that sustainable change begins with how we care for ourselves and for one another.
