    Fieldwork

    • Design and implement an agency-based project
    • Complete an analysis of the organizational structure of the student's agency
    • Collaborate with other professionals/agencies
    • Potential opportunities may include: completing initial evaluations of clients, providing information to clients regarding various human services, making referrals, developing client goals, collaborating with clients on the development of service plans, and utilizing a problem-solving model to develop interventions to assist the client in achieving their goals
    • Critique one's personal behavior, approaches, and responses

    • Apply the following Human Service principles:
      • Confidentiality of personal information
      • Client self-determination
      • Respect for the client's personal values
