- Resources - Share at least one resource you have discovered while at your practicum site. It can be a service you refer your clients to for assistance, books or media to help educate your clients, etc.
- Culture of the Agency - Share your observations on the following with your classmates:
Review the first days in your field placement. What did you observe about the agency’s culture? How did the expectations of the agency culture differ from your usual experience in the “student culture” of HACC? The culture of your family and community? In what ways, if any, did you experience a clash between your behavior and the norms and expectations of the agency culture?
- Self-care – Your instructor may ask you to analyze a case scenario related to self-care, or to offer an action plan for your own self-care.
