Student Evaluation of HACC's Human Services Program

As you prepare to graduate from HACC’s Human Services program or transfer to a four-year college we ask that you take a minute and reflect on your experience as a student. Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability. This information will be used to assist the Human Services program to grow and evolve. We thank you for your participation in this effort.

Rate each of the statements below as one of the following:
Strongly Agree (5), Agree (4), Neutral (3), Disagree (2), or Strongly Disagree (1)

1. _____ I understand what it means to be a Human Services “generalist” practitioner.

2. _____ Human services program faculty members were helpful when approached to discuss coursework.
