1. Access the Bem Sex Role Inventory: http://www.neiu.edu/~tschuepf/bsri.html 2. Divide students into small groups and ask each group to find ten words on the sex role inventory that are most often culturally associated with certain professions.. For example, one group may choose words for "President," another for "athlete" etc. 3. Each group writes their ten terms on the board, and then the class compares the lists.
