This book was created with the students and readers in mind; we wanted to bring together this book as a resource for developing and strengthening your leadership. This book is available as an Open Educational Resource, but also as an easy-to-follow guide with real applications for everyone. We honor the work of authors, students, and organizers in this book.
Open Educational Resource
We have primarily brought together resources and text that are available online, in a way that helps students and readers follow a systematic approach to develop their leadership skills. While engaging with this book, you will be tasked with the responsibility and tools to get out there and organize! We have also brought together some text that is not inherently open-source because we believe that it is a crucial aspect of this book’s mission. We have worked with Andy, Cynthia, and VIDA Fellows to open access to their materials in this text.
