    The world is complicated, interconnected, and rarely boring—and global studies should reflect that. This book explores the forces connecting our everyday lives to people, places, and systems around the world, from migration, trade, and technology to culture, inequality, climate, and political change. Through compelling examples and critical questions, students learn to look beyond easy answers, recognize connections, and ask who benefits, who decides, and what could be different.
