Appraisal interviews are an integral part of any organization and can provide both the employer and the employee with valuable information about job performance, organizational challenges and successes, as well as company culture. Just like any other interview, the appraisal interview should be a dialogue where an employee can ask and respond to questions and the employer can do the same.
