    DAY 3 Overview

On the third day of the workshop teams all focus on refining the action plan they began to develop after the Day 2 session (see homework).  After working on their plans, teams will share their plan in a virtual gallery walk. Other participants and facilitators will review the plan to offer ideas and suggestions for implementation. Teams will also craft an aspirational timeline and plan for follow up. The session will conclude with a discussion of what to expect as teams begin to implement their plans.
